Larry’s fishing charter policies

1. If you fail to cancel your trip seven (7) days in advance of your approaching date you will lose your deposit. Trips cancelled before the seven (7) days will receive a full refund. If you fail to show up to your scheduled charter without notifying us, you’re responsible for paying the entire trip fee.

2. No hard alcohol on the boat. Beer in moderation is allowed.

3. The captain has the right to cancel the trip at anytime if there’s unsafe weather or unacceptable behavior from one of the members of your party.

4. Rain does count as unfishable conditions, high winds and thunder do.

5. A 50% deposit of the overall trip is required to hold your charter reservation.

6. Larry’s fishing charters is licensed and insured for no more then six people in your group.

7. Kids age 13 and under are required by the United States Coast Guard to wear a life jacket. We supply all kids life jackets based on their weight and size. Adult life jackets are also available on the boat to anyone who wants to wear one.

8. We expect everyone to be on time.

9. Any illegal substances brought to the boat will result in immediate termination of your charter.

10. Fishing is not guaranteed. We will do everything in a power to give you a great experience.

11. Large coolers are not permitted on the boat as space is limited. They will be left at the dock for when we return.

12. We do not take any illegal fish on the boat. We strictly follow the Connecticut fishing regulations.

13. The captain will call you a day or two before confirming if the weather is fishable and good to go. If you don’t receive a phone call, assume everything is ok and we will see you at the dock at the time we agreed on.
